The Frank Gutierrez for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by the Frank Gutierrez campaign (“Campaign,” “we,” “us”). By using or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Mobile Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from the Campaign, you consent to receive recurring political messages, including campaign updates, voting information, event notices, and election reminders, sent by or on behalf of the Campaign through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive messages is voluntary and not required to support the Campaign. Costs and Message Frequency

The Campaign does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Message frequency may vary. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to the short code from which messages are sent. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

10DLC and Carrier Information

The Campaign may change the 10DLC or phone number used to deliver messages at any time and will provide notice when required. Messages sent to a discontinued 10DLC may not be received.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and agree to notify the Campaign if your number changes. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-subscribe to receive messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Campaign is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected message delivery, message errors, or any actions taken or not taken based on information provided through the Service.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
